1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Icing
4 tbs butter, softened
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1. Unroll dough, and separate into 4 rectangles; pinch seams together.
2. Stir together sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over rectangles.
3. Roll up jellyroll fashion, starting with a long side; press edges to seal.
4. Cut each log into 5 slices and place slices, cut side down in a lightly greased 8-inch round cake pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
6. Stir together ingredients of icing in a small bowl until smooth; spread over warm rolls.
I am not a chef, by any means, but I do enjoy trying new recipes. This is a collection of my latest favorites and tried and true family recipes. All have been husband approved!
